Orthodox Goods.Com is the on-line shopping source of the American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese of the USA. It features the products of Christ the Saviour Seminary Bookstore, Diocesan Liturgical Publications and Gloria Incense. At Orthodox Goods.Com you will find a wide variety of Orthodox books, incense, icons, liturgical articles and gift items.
The store is staffed by the Seminarians of Christ the Saviour Seminary, who will be glad to help you with your online order, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm EST.

All in stock items will be processed for shipping within two business days of being placed. Items are shipped via UPS to the contiguous 48 Untied States. (Alaska and Hawaii Orders will be shipped via USPS) Standard UPS shipping typically takes from 7-10 business days (not including weekends, civil holidays and great feast days) depending on shipping location. In addition to the shipping a $1.50 handling fee will be charged for each order. On orders that qualify,(i.e. some books, cd, dvd) will be shipped by USPS Media Mail, unless UPS is requested by the buyer. Only when media mail will lower the cost of shipping for the consumer, will it be instituted.
Please note: Residents outside the 48 contiguous United States, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order. A sales representative will assist you in ordering your items; final cost will include Shipping and Handling via the United States Postal Service. Thank you.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We honor returns of merchandise up to 30 days after purchase for any reason, except for special order items indicated in the Item Description. Unless the return is due to our error, as indicated below, items must be in sellable condition. Music, software, and videos must be returned unopened. You will be refunded the full amount of their purchase minus shipping and insurance charges, if applicable.
The above stipulations do not apply, and shipping/insurance charges will be refunded if the return is due to the following:
- The product is not what was ordered
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The product has missing components
- The parcel has been damaged during shipping
If you observe noticeable damage on the outside of your package and believe the contents to be affected, please contact us so that we can send out a new shipment and start the damage claims process.

I made a mistake on my order or need to cancel an order. How do I do it?
If you have completed your order through the checkout process, but the order has not yet shipped, you can send an email to us at email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject line. Alternatively, you can Leave us a message at 814-539-0116 with your name and order number. Note that if an order has already been shipped, you should refuse the package. Once the refusal has been recorded a credit for the purchased will be issued minus the shipping cost.
I received my order, but something is wrong with the item. How can I arrange a return?
You will need to contact us requesting permission to return. You can send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the subject line. Alternatively, you can Leave us a message at 814-539-0116 with your name and order number.
Most items are subject to a 30-day return policy - if you are unable to return an item due to the order being older than 30 days, please contact us with your product issue at email@example.com. Once your request is received, a member of our staff will review the claim and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). If return shipment is required, a prepaid shipping label will be promptly e-mailed to the address on file. If a product replacement is required, the replacement order will be placed for you and shipped to the same addressee and location as the original order.
FAILURE TO USE THE DESIGNATED RETURN LABEL OR ATTEMPTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS TO THE US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL DELAY OR FORFEIT ANY CREDIT OR REFUNDS.
I received my order, but the package shows signs of damage. What do I do?
You may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.Please include your order number and tracking number in the subject line. If the tracking number or label is not intact, please provide your best guess estimate as to the date the order was placed and what its destination was.
Alternatively, you can leave us a message at 814-539-0116 with your name, order number and tracking number found on the package label.
We will process a package claim with UPS and if UPS approves the damage claim, we will resend the order to the original addressee.
How long do orders usually take to arrive?
Once processed for delivery, Standard UPS shipping takes from 1-5 business days. (which doesn't include holidays or weekends).
How can I check my order status?
You will receive an email with a tracking number from UPS when your order is shipped. If you have questions regarding your order status please email us at email@example.com.
